Merita is survived by: sons, Christopher Fontenot of Lafayette, Jason Fontenot, Sr. of Kaplan, Scott Bouillion (Brandy) of Scott and Trent Bouillion of Lafayette; brother Larry Bouillion of Rayne; and grandchildren, Brayden Fontenot, Joshua Fontenot, Jason Fontenot, Jr., Brendon Bouillion, Jordan Bouillion, Olivie Bouillion, Katie Bouillion, Tahbi Bouillion, Silas Bouillion and Eli Bouillion.
