She was predeceased by: her son Jason Neil Foreman; her parents, Phillip Boudreaux, Sr. and Esaure Simon Boudreaux; and her brothers, Gilford, Allen and Chester Boudreaux.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky (Rhonda Foreman) of Indian Bayou and Vicky (Chris Sullivan) of Indian Bayou; and her siblings, Thelma Lanclos of Arnaudville, Dorothy Istre of Rayne, Gloria DeRoussel of Lake Charles, Florina Hollier of Leonville and Phillip E. Boudreaux, Jr. of Burleson, TX. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren.
