She was predeceased by: her mother Rosalie Hebert; her stepfather Leo Sonnier, Sr.; and her brothers, Leo Sonnier, Jr. and Joseph Eddie Venable. She is survived by: her husband William Romero, Sr. of Scott; and her children, Daniel (Elaine Romero) of Rayne, William "Bill" Romero, Jr. (Teena) of Duson, Thomas (Debbra Romero) of Judice, Pearl (Carroll Owens) of Rayne, Tina (John Thibodeaux) of Scott, Tessa (Norris Trahan) of Maurice and Tracy Romero of Scott. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
