She is survived by: her children, Valarie M. Meche, Paul S. Meche (C. Leigh Ann Meche) and Paulette Meche Benoit (Michael J. Benoit); her grandchildren, Averi N. Meche and Caleigh A. Meche; and her brother Laurie Leon (Cheryl Leon).
