She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Gregory LaFosse of Rayne; her son Ryan Istre of Houston; her brothers, Ernest Istre (Liz) of Llano, TX, John Istre, Sr. (Nell) of Crowley, Ervis Istre of Rayne and Lawrence Istre (Vicky) of Crowley; her parents, Celestin Istre and Beatrice Dupont Istre; and her brother Stephen Istre. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
