She was predeceased by: her parents, Leisa Cecile Miller and Joseph Antoine George; and her brother Thomas Joseph George. She is survived by: her children, Leisa II (Ryan Locke) and William Kartsimas II; her wife Denise; her grandchildren, Jade Arceneaux, Jace Locke, James Locke, Eleni Kartsimas and Kali Kartsimas; her sister Kathi G. Ledet; her niece Kay E. Pelloquin; and her nephew Joseph Ledet.
