He is survived by: his children, Nichole Robbins, Rose Smith, Sheila Smith Bernheisel, Lance Smith, Farrell Smith, Westley Bower, Jarrit Bower and Stoney Smith; and his siblings, Mary Alice Mire (Harris Mire) and Jessie James Smith (Gussie D. Smith). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
