He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Shamie Menard of Kaplan, Tre Menard (Nichole) of Rayne, Angel Menard of Elton, Tashia Saltzman of Scott and Glenn "Poncho" Saltzman (Shanay) of Lafayette; his siblings, Carla Touchet (Michael) of Douglasville, GA, Christine Richard (Talmadge) of Winston, GA, Cindy Bourque of Crowley, Jody Menard (Cheryl) of Youngsville and Jamie Menard of Rayne; his parents, Albert Menard and Carolyn Terro Menard; and his granddaughter Maryn Elizabeth Menard. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
