He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Hoffpauir; his parents, James Hoffpauir and Fadra Morgan Hoffpauir; and his siblings, Elwood, Ufford, Macon, Richard and Nellie H. Savoy.
He is survived by: his children, Allen (Eva) of New Iberia, Angela (Timmy) of Centerville, April (Anthony) of Centerville, Adam (Krista) of New Iberia and Bandit; his grandchildren, John Trosclair, Samantha T. Smith, Nakisha Hunter, Shawn Hoffpauir and Neveah Toucheque; his great grandchildren, Braxton Trosclair, Joab Trosclair, Reece Trosclair, Eviana Trosclair, Aedan Smith, Nova Lei Hoffpauir and Creed Tyler Hoffpauir (Due); and his siblings, Sheldon (Sylvia) of Indian Bayou, Weldon (Falice) of Lake Charles, EC, Almeda Ledoux of Indian Bayou and Margie Walsh of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews; as well as a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Indian Bayou Methodist Church (1029 LA-700, Rayne, LA 70578). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
