She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertie Mouton and Wesley Mouton; her sister Jeanette Sylvester; her son Wilfred "Kip" Francis, Jr.; her grandson Wilfred "Skip" Francis, III; and her brother-in-law Linzy Sylvester.
She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Francis Edmond; her son-in-law Cardell Edmond, Sr.; her son Wesley "Derek" Francis; her grandchildren, Sydney Edmond Rochester (Quincy) and Abraham Earnest III (Kristen) of Cardell; her sister Marilynn Mouton; her nieces, Shantel and Myshatera Sylvester; her aunt Corrine Batiste; and her godchild Andrea Jones (Creighton). She is also survived by great grandchildren, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church (600 W Jefferson Davis Ave, Rayne, LA 70578). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Our Mother of Mercy Cemetery (600 W Jefferson Davis Ave, Rayne, LA 70578).
