She was predeceased by: her parents, Valsin Rochester and Delia M. Rochester; her siblings, Shirley R. Cook, Valsin Rochester, Jr., Joseph Rochester and Curtis Rochester; her niece Cathy Charles; and her nephew Dalton Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Delia McClelland, Elmer Mouton, Leroy Mouton, Sr. and Shelton Mouton, Sr.; her grandchildren, Ranada, Brittany, Whitley, Leroy, Jr., Malcolm, Layne, Quantina, Quanmeeka and Shelton Mouton, Jr.; her godson Felton Charles (Sammie Gail); her extended family, Colleen, Mark, Susan and Patrick; and her sisters, Ezora Charles and Bertha Rochester. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
