He is survived by: his wife Savanna Mae Sonnier Leon; his daughter Milissa Beth Laurents (Donny Andrus); his grandsons, Brice Laurents and Blaine Laurents; his stepgrandson Kyler Andrus; his siblings, Louella Richard and Raymond Leon; and his brother-in-law Thomas Sonnier.
