He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Carita DeRouen Guidry; and his sister Gilda Guidry. He is survived by: his brother Joseph "Joe" L. Guidry, Jr. (Annette Guidry) of Rayne; his nieces and nephews, Joey Guidry (Cari Guidry) of Wichita and Noelani Guidry of Rayne; his daughter Amanda Cormier of Rayne; his grandchildren, Reese Carrier and Kaden Carrier; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam Guidry, Ellie Guidry and Gage Guidry.
