She was predeceased by: her husband Clomare Simon; her parents, Thear Simon and Edna Hargrave Breaux; her daughter Ozeline Reed; her granddaughter Harolyn Simon; and her sons-in-law, Morgan Reed, Donald Johnston and Mervin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Simon (Judy) of Rayne, Wilders Simon (Gloria) of Crowley, Harold Simon of Carencro, Gerald Simon (LaShae Pellerin) of Lafayette and Neva Simon Smith of Rayne; her grandchildren, Paula, Terry, Dane Simon, Lisa Simon Castille, Rachael Simon, Helena Seaux Smith, Chasity Seaux Kaiser, Stoney Simon, Angela, Christine Simon, Gladys Marie Reed Broussard, Marlene Reed, Arlene Reed Salameh, Corey Simon, Trevor Simon, Garon Johnston, Steven Johnston and Mervin Smith (Morgan); and her daughter-in-law Kimberly Spell Simon. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
