He was predeceased by: his parents, Nery Dore and Celia Granger Dore; and his siblings, Michael Dore, Virgil Dore (Jewel Dore) and Juanita Dore.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dupuis Dore; his children, Paula Dore Landry (Tommie Landry), Gregory Paul Dore (Tammi) and Donald R. Dore, Jr.; his siblings, Genevieve Roeder, Barbara Williams, Connie LeBlanc (Paris LeBlanc) and Richard Dore (Caren); his sister-in-law Sandy Dore; and his grandchildren, Matthew Dore, Nicholas Dore, Christopher Dore, Michelle Dore Reinke, Sabrina Dore Fruge and Katie Dore. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
