It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derrick Roberts (Rayne, Louisiana), who passed away on June 16, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle Wilson (Liz Benoit) of Scott; his mother Ruby L. Roberts; his grandparents, Samuel Dugas, Yola Dugas, Clyde, Sr. and Maggie Milstead; and his nephew Cord Roberts.
He is survived by: his significant other Kelli Champagne; his father Clyde (Christine Milstead); his stepfather Darrell Roberts, Sr.; and his siblings, Darlene Roberts, Damon Levy of Rayne, Delphina Roberts of Rayne, Danielle Roberts of Rayne, Darlene Mayfield of Houston, TX, Crystal Leopold of Crowley, Larae Poole of Baton Rouge, Darrell Roberts, Jr. of Rayne, Andre Martin of Rayne, Clyde Joseph of Crowley and Brandon Lyons of Houston, TX. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
