He is survived by: his wife Maxine Broussard Prevost of Rayne; his children, Amy Prevost Dupre (Ben Dupre) of Mire and Joshua Prevost (Mary Beth Prevost) of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, Benjamin Dupre, Luke Dupre, Charlotte "Charley" Prevost and Joseph Prevost; his sister Paulette Prevost Leger (Clyde Leger, Jr.); and his godmother Betty Thibodeaux (Herman Thibodeaux).
