He was predeceased by: his parents, Numa Matthieu and Virginia H. Matthieu; and his brother Alan Matthieu. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Matthieu of Rayne; his children, Stephen Chad (Misty Matthieu) of Virginia, Jason Credeur of Missouri, William Colby (Blaire Matthieu) of Broussard, LA, Joel (April Leger) of Judice, LA and Sara Leger of Rayne, LA; and his brother Robert (Trish Matthieu) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
