He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Hollier, Sr.; and his grandparents, Mary Jane and Joseph Soileau. He is survived by: his wife Crystal M. Hollier of Rayne; his children, Heaven, Madelyn Sheppard of Crowley, Silver Ray Foster of Lafayette, Gary and Gaven Sheppard of Crowley; his mother Angela Soileau of Mamou; and his siblings, Charmaine LeBouff of Sunset, Ashley Soileau (Peace Evivie) of Lafayette, Bobbie Jo Hollier of Rayne, Vicotria Lee-Marie Hollier of Judice, Sherman (April Hollier) of Sunset and Brandon (Kaci Hollier) of Eunice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home - Rayne (900 E Texas Ave, Rayne, LA 70578). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel (900 E Texas Ave, Rayne, LA 70578).
