She was predeceased by: the father of her children Austin Richard; her husband John Boudreaux; her son Patrick Lee Richard; and her parents, Leo Smith and Madeline M. Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane (James Arceneaux) of Rayne, Sue Richard of Rayne, Charlene (Wayne Melancon) of Crowley, Loucinda Richard of Maurice, Madeline Lyons of Rayne, Sandra (Patrick Sarsfield) of Indian Bayou and Angie (Carl Meche) of Rayne; and her daughter-in-law Gail Richard of Iota. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, twenty-six great-great-grandchildren.
