He was predeceased by: his significant other Judy Wildberger; his parents, Juanita Doise and Rene Doise; and his sisters, Sandra Doise and Marla Doise.

He is survived by: his children, Shannon Doise of Iowa, Carolyn Meche (Billy Joe), Tiffany LeLeux (Richard) of Parks, LA, Frances Breaux and Rena Tovar (Anthony) of Granbury, TX; and his siblings, Pam Webb (Ryan) of Plano, TX and Steve Doise (Kathy).
