He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie Mae Herman Burns of Lake Charles, LA and Frank John Burns, Jr.; his children, Meagan Breaux (Kaleb) of Orange, TX, Casey Burns (Summer) of Kinder, LA, Cade Burns (Jessica) of Pineville, LA and Cagney Burns of Kinder, LA; his brothers, Darren Burns (Cheryl) of Lake Charles and Michael Burns (Shawna) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Kobe Burns, Camdyn Burns, Lyla Burns, Aubreyann Burns, Emma Burns, Kris Burns, Alyssa Burns, Keaton Burns, Ava Burns, Brynlee Breaux, Lane Breaux and Parker Breaux; and the mother of his children Theresa Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and wonderful friends.
