He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pemberton and Sally Pemberton; and his siblings, Billy, Bobby and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Pemberton; his children, Daniel Pemberton, Christopher Pemberton and Amber Hebert (Jason); and his brother Dave Pemberton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
