He is survived by: his wife Paula Allenl; his mother Shirley Allen; his children, Steven Allen, Jr., Stephon, Dequinn Jackson, Kelli Lewis (Carlin), Shelly Boyd, Orion Allen, Stevetta Allen, Chentelle Jackson, Savettra and Onetta Brooks; and his siblings, Joseph Allen, Jr., Sheila Duncan (Dwayne) and Lynette Chaney (Legantra). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
