She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Sharon Dufrene; her parents, Jeffery Dufrene, Sr. and Lena Hogan Dufrene; her siblings, Jeffery Dufrene, Jr. and Janice Walls; and her niece Tabitha Frickey.
She is survived by: her husband Hector Dufrene, Jr.; her sons, Marvin Dufrene, Mark Dufrene (Ludy), Edwin Dufrene (Julie) and Jody Dufrene (Tina); her sister Dorcas Frickey; and her grandchildren, Kimberly, Devin, Justin, Erin, Mallory, Cadie, Morgan, Jordan and Brianne. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
