He was predeceased by: his wife Janice D. Moore; his parents, Willie Moore, and Everlina Moore, Jr.; his granddaughter Shantrell Moore; and his siblings, Alvin, Jonnie and Janet Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Lakisha (Harold) of Thibodaux, Shantell of Thibodaux, Larry Jr. of Thibodaux, Karinda of Thibodaux, Nakia (Anthony) of Thibodaux and Don Moore of Thibodaux; his siblings, Raymond and Connie Moore; and his friends, Charlie B, Chuck, Anne Bonvillian and Gwendolyn Jones. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kennedy Funeral Home (318 Greenville St, Raceland, LA 70394). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Baptist Church (101 Brule Guillot Rd, Thibodaux, LA 70301).
