He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Davis Folse; his parents, Mary Folse, and Joseph Folse, Sr.; his son Kevin Folse; and his sisters, Geraldine, Yvonne Folse and Evelina Moten.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nelson Folse, Clarence Folse (Lolita), Hillouet Coleman (LaTonya), Victoria, Audrey Folse, Octavia Brown, Shirley Boyd, Barbara Hester (Warren), Sarah Coleman, Betty Folse and Gloria Robinson (Vincent); his stepson Christopher Davis (Pamela); his niece Reshenda Folse; his close friend Venora Nelson; and his grandchild Lashell Watts. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Third Zion Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
