He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene, Sr. Nevelle and Hestell Nevelle; his grandchildren, Eugene Brown, Jr. and Alyis Brown; and his grandmother Albertha Nevelle.
He is survived by: his children, Eugene Brown (Eugina), Demetrie Robinson, Rashenda Folse, Geunta Hartman (Earl), Renata Folse, Brittany Jackson (Damien) and Lakisha Nelson (Germaine); his brothers, Gene Neville and Michael Southall; and his close friend Shirley Folse. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Magnolia United Methodist Church (104 Johnson Ridge Ln, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
