She was predeceased by: her former husband Claude Dufrene; her husband Johnny Matherne; her parents, Leonce Dufrene and Bernadette Inez Plaisance Dufrene; her siblings, Irvin, Edmond, Weldon, Clinton, David Dufrene and Velma Babin; her granddaughter Mara; and her great grandchild Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Bennett Dufrene (Jenny), Myra Soule', Molly Badeaux (Wayne) and Myrna Bertolet; her siblings, Rev. Achan Dufrene, Lou Ann Beyl, Leah Amerson and Naomi Sewell; her grandchildren, Bodie, Grant, Wesley, Dallas, Dane, Farrah, Spencer and Marlo; her great grandchildren, Ana, Pandora, Justin, Chelsey, Chrystal, Devin, Tyler, Trinity, Lindsey, Dayton, Danika, Miranda, Madison and Kamdon; and her great great grandchildren, Ella and Cullen.
