She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Shelby, Sr. and Enester Shelby; her son Travis Stewart; her grandson Tyreka Shelby; and her siblings, Wilmer, Joel, Leonard Shelby, Joyce Shelby, Paulette Shelby, Claudette Shelby and Dianee Shelby.
She is survived by: her children, Tyrone, Wendell Shelby, Troy Stewert and Shawanda; and her siblings, Carolyn Holmes, Sandra Hicks, Vera Adams, Janice Miller and Vallery Shelby. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
