He was predeceased by: his mother Celestine Guidroz; his sister Charlotte Boudreaux; and his grandparents, Pearl and Philip Adams, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Marie Guidroz; his father Jesse Williams (CeCelia); his children, Matisse, Ja'Bryan Guidroz and Mattie Guidroz; and his siblings, Charles Guidroz, Sean Williams (Roberta), Crawford Lee Williams (GiGi), Jesse Beard, Donell Prichett (Laurie), Duane Prichett and Jessie Davis (Gregory). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
