He is survived by: his wife Mary Petrolia Hebert; his son Brian D. Hebert Jr. (Elizabeth); his stepchildren, David Breaux (Linda), Jerry Truxillo Jr., Nathan Truxillo Sr. (Tiffany) and Cheryl Truxillo; his granddaughter Katlyn Hebert; his great grandchild Karter Foret; and his brothers, Shyen Hebert Sr., Wayne Hebert and Timothy Hebert. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
