He was predeceased by: his parents, Hypolite Martin and Lydia Adams Martin; his son-in-law Keith Moody; and his siblings, Ernest, Larry, Anthony "Tony", Charlie and Rosalie Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Ena Hebert Martin; his children, Wayne Anthony Martin (Mary), Jody Martin Veuleman (Dan) and Robin Martin Moody; his brother Nolan Martin; his grandchildren, Jarred (Sarah), Danielle (Caleb), Lance (Julie), Blake (Kayla), Mason (Maggie), Camellia, Heather (Blake) and Cody (Deborah); his great grandchildren, Zachary, Abe, KatieJo, Avah, Talon, Cameron, Elliot, Emmet, Daniel and Wesley; his great great grandchild Salem; and his child Teddy "TeTDur".
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Samart-Mothe Funeral Homes (4682 LA-1, Raceland, LA 70394). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 12:45 AM at the St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery (3500 LA-1, Raceland, LA 70394).
