He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey (Nancy Swing Harvey) and Laura White; his siblings, Wayne Eric Harvey, Bonnie Harvey, Jeanette Harvey, Linda Singleton and Janice Jackson; his nieces, Angela Johnson and Karen Harvey; his nephew Rondlu Harvey; and his grandparents, Charles Harvey, Joseph Harvey, Arthur Swing and Ruth Peters Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Cooley Harvey of Lincoln, AL; his siblings, James Harvey, Loreth Thomas (Gary) of Lake Charles, LA, Lynette Brown (Samuel) of Raceland, LA, Constance Harvey of Lake Charles, LA and Regina Martin of Baton Rouge, LA; and his aunts, Cementra, Mary Brown, Albertha Carter (Keith), Stephanie Fusilier (Calvin) and Laura Swing White of Deweyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
