She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bias and Ethel Johnson; her son Tyrone Bias; her siblings, Harold Johnson and Sandra Ann Johnson; and her grandparents, Juanita Queen Johnson, Matthew Bud Johnson, Louisa and Isaiah Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband James Wells; her siblings, James Johnson (Marjorie), Dennis Johnson, Cynthia Sewire, Wanda Johnson (Donald) of Washington and Sheila Johnson; and her godchildren, Juanita Johnson and Deneisha Hamilton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
