He was predeceased by: his wife Willene Maxwell (Bell); his granddaughter Casey Marie Price; his parents, Raymond Riley, Sr. and Mary Lavelle Maxwell (Roden); his sister Susan Giddens (Maxwell); and his nephew Mathew Bryan Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Hall (Scott), Carla Price (Duane), Josh Maxwell and Jessica Maxwell; his grandchildren, Waylon, David Scott Hall and Lindsay Janette Hall; and his brother David Maxwell of Paul Maxwell.
