She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Eugene Garlington and Mary Elize Mobley Garlington; her husband Preston Lambert Harvey; and her sister Katie Joe Garlington Jordan. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Kay Harvey Allen (Richard Harvey) and Richard Harvey; her grandchildren, Tivona Laverne Cunningham, Preston Ryan Harvey and Brittany Nicole Harvey Cotton; and her great grandchildren, Gianna Farancesca Watson, Case Cotton and Avery Cotton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
