He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. and Nancy A. Duck (Gilbert); and his brothers, James Duck, Robert Arlon Duck and Howard Duck.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Duck (Stevenson); his children, John Patrick Duck, Susan Michele Horton, Donny, Debra Ann Williams and Bobby; his grandchildren, Miranda Savana, Tony, Joshua Horton, Sarah Williams Oxford, Dakota, Michaela Williams, Colby Duck, Mackenzie, Colin Duck and Audrey Duck; his great grandchild Carson Savana of Jordyn Duck; his sister Mary Lillian Stevenson; and also, Amy and Jerry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
