It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iva Lois Hood (Quitman, Louisiana), who passed away on December 1, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene R. Hood; and her parents, Grady Burnett and Lessie Burnett. She is survived by: her son Terry Hood (Carol); her grandchildren, Teresa Thomas (Tracy) and Shawn Hood (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Cate Thomas, Lauren Thomas, Austin Hood and Addison Hood; and her siblings, Glen Burnett (Norma), Ray Burnett (Dale), Beth B. Mock (Chester) and Dianne Burnett.
