She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Butler and Lorene Butler (Sowers); her grandson Dylan Dingler; and her siblings, Loren Buell and Patricia Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Hostetler, Jr. (Sheila), Angela Plunkett (Jeff), Tina Rollinson, Randy Dingler (Amanda) and Patricia Burney; her grandchildren, Sierrah Spell, Duane Hostetler III, Perry Hostetler, Farrah Sullivan, Makayla LeBlanc, Hannah Dingler, Paisley Dingler, Richard Brouillette III, Casey Brouillette, Jonathan Brouillette, Alexandra Newman, Madyson Burney, Elysia Burney, Ethan Burney and Trinity Burney; and her siblings, Connie Anderson, L. C. Butler, Veronica Creamer, Milton "Dale" Buell and Denise. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
