She was predeceased by: her parents, Carey Johnson and Lillie Johnson; her husband Percy Lewis; and her son John Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Booker (Donnie), Paula Hameed, Kim Sam and Nelvin Wiley; her grandchildren, Alfred Ray, Jr., Rasheedah Hameed, Rasheed Hameed II, Byron Williams, Jr., Blake Williams, Whitney Clark (Joshua), Justin Wiley and Jonelle Wiley; her sister Naomi Melton; her sister-in-law Virgie Johnson; and her godson Karjeffery Mcintosh. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
