He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bobbie Lowery; his children, Penny Joiner (Charles), Tammy Anderson (Lamar), Ricky Lowery (Gay) and Gary Lowery (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Chris Joiner (Kristi), Christy Reed (Austin), Scotty Anderson (Stephanie), Brian Anderson, Stone Anderson Monnin, Aaron Pritchard, Kendal Prudhomme (Lexus) and Brenna Rae Lowery; his siblings, Lou Ann Howell, Lecia Blaire and Donny Lowery; his grandchildren, Brittany Anderson and Brody Pritchard; his parents, Oscar Lee and Iva Mae Lowery (Rison); and his siblings, Billy Ray Lowery, Lessie Ramsey, Bobby Gene Lowery and Lindell Lowery. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
