He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Boyce, Jimmie Weeks, Maude and Willis Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Savannah Weeks (Hood); his children, Ledger, Jax and Banks Weeks; his parents, David Edward Weeks, Sr. and Sherry Weeks (Perkins); his brother Colter Weeks (Cara); his parents-in-law, B. J. Hood and Anissa Hood; his siblings-in-law, B. J. Hood, Jr. (Savannah) and Kassie Hood; his nephews, Liam Weeks, Buddy Hood and Maverick Hood; and his grandparents-in-law, Frances Cloud, Wanda Hood, Tommy and Kathy Cloud. He is also survived by other relatives, friends and co-workers.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sweetwater Baptist Church (5602 Beech Springs Rd, Quitman, LA 71268). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Ansley Cemetery.
