He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvern Cowan and Eunice Brossette Cowan. He is survived by: his children, Shane Cowan (Amanda), Kimber Huffman (Shane) and Zachary Cowan (Amber); his siblings, Jimmy Cowan, Peggy Barnes and Kathy Harrison; his aunt Maggie Nelson; and his grandchildren, Charlee Cowan, Hudsyn Cowan, Lilah Cowan, Kaden Albarado, Kash Albarado, Larkin Albarado, Cruz Huffman, Athena Cowan and Zoey Cowan.
