He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Benoye Ratcliffe, Sr. and Clarice Parker Ratcliffe; and his sister Minnie Ann Ratcliffe. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Ratcliffe of Princeton, Louisiana; his son Wendal Ratcliffe (Patti) of Plain Dealing, Louisiana; his granddaughter Erin Purcell (Jacob) of Southhaven, Mississippi; his sister Judy Mayhugh of Bossier City, Louisiana; his sister-in-law Sandy Cascio; and his close friends, Joe, Gloria Willis of Shreveport, Lousiana of Athens, Louisiana, Sue Langheld of Athens, Louisiana and Jessica Miller of Athens, Louisiana.
