He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Earl Breeden, Jr. and Anna Carroll Breeden; and his siblings, Linda Herpin and Carroll Breeden. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bass Breeden; and his siblings, Cynthia Rogers (Earl), Rosemary Breeden and David "Doe" Breeden (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
