She was predeceased by: her son Michael Ashley Penton; her brother Terry Russo; and her parents, Lee Russo and Diane Russo. She is survived by: her husband Don Matherne; her daughters, Colleen Matherne and Erica Domercant (Jimmy); her grandson Kai Domercant; her siblings, Kevin Russo, Karla Russo, Lee Broussard and Karmen Russo; and her pet Molly Matherne.
