He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther and Eva Schutzman Laird; and his sister Norvelle Wells. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Musso Laird; his daughter Jennifer (Mark); his stepdaughters, Kem and Nikki; his sisters, Altra and Audrey; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
