He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herman Farrar and Bobbie Jean Welch Farrar. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Dawson Farrar; his children, Rachael Farrar of Gonzales, LA, Jameson Farrar (Lacey) of Central, LA and Jonathan Farrar (Brooke) of Pride, LA; his siblings, Brenda Davis (Tony) of Lexington, KY and James Hugh Farrar of Collinston, LA; his grandchildren, Londyn Farrar, Kynleigh Farrar, Taylor Rivers Farrar, Presley Farrar, Jovi Farrar and Cash Farrar; and his pets, Coco, Da Boy and Krispy Treat.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Galilee Baptist Church (11050 Greenwell Springs Port Hudson Rd, Zachary, LA 70791).
