He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tate Rogers; his children, Donna Kay Rogers Foster, Janis Lynn Rogers Velasquez, Harold Stephen Rogers, Jodie Rogers Bienvenu and Julie Anne Rogers; and his sister Mary Belle Pruitt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
